IFAM Store Clothing Items
As all our clothing items are ordered and printed to order. We do not bulk buy or hold any type of bulk stock in any of our clothing ranges. This allows us to be able to customise the items that we sell in accordance to the customers preferences. Because all our clothing items are sourced and printed to order. We do not accept any returns on these items.
The only exception to this being if we have supplied the incorrect item from ordered. Or if we have made an error in printing the item from stock.
All non clothing items from the IFAM Store
For everything else sold on the IFAM Store that does not include clothing items. You are entitled to a standard 14 day return period for a refund or exchange on any unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. This is provided the item is unopened and unused complete in its original packaging. All refunds will be processed within 1 business day of the item being received back at the IFAM Store.
Will the cost of returning my item be covered by the IFAM Store?
The cost of returning any unwanted or incorrectly ordered items that are to be returned within the standard 14 day period will not be covered by the IFAM Store.
However should an item arrive incorrect from order or damaged then the cost of returning the item will be covered by the IFAM Store. All shipping cost covered in these circumstances will be processed and refunded onto the customers original payment method used.
Shipping Policy
The IFAM Store Clothing Orders..
As all our clothing items are sourced and printed to order please allow 5 to 10 business days from order to shipping. Especially at the minute due to the Covid19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown in England. Suppliers are running a little behind on their usual turnaround schedules. However we are always doing everything we can to limit that turnaround time to be as little as possible.
UK Domestic Shipping..
Everything shipped from the IFAM Store will come via Royal Mail Signed For post in the UK. For all items that are not clothing please allow a standard 2 to 3 business day turnaround from order to shipping.
International Shipping..
All non clothing international orders will be processed and shipped within a standard 2 to 3 working day turnaround time from order to shipping. Delivery timescale will vary dependant on destination. Due to the Covid19 pandemic shipping costs for international postage are a little higher that usual. However we are always searching through our list of extensive couriers to make sure that the shipping costs are as low as they possibly can be.
